このページは、合同会社J-Catalystが、お問い合わせでいただいた個人情報をどう扱うかをまとめたものです。むずかしい言葉は使わずに書きます。
This page explains how J-Catalyst LLC handles the personal information you send us when you get in touch. It is written in plain language, in Japanese and English.

When you contact us, we receive the following:
- Your name
- Your email address
- The content of your message
お問い合わせをしなければ、これらをいただくことはありません。このサイトで、あなたに登録をお願いすることはありません。
If you do not contact us, we do not receive any of this. This site never asks you to create an account.
3. How we use it

お問い合わせにお返事をするため、そしてそのやり取りを続けるためだけに使います。それ以外の目的には使いません。広告を送るために使うこともありません。
We use it only to reply to you and to continue that conversation. We do not use it for anything else, and we do not use it to send you advertising.
4. How long we keep it
4. どれくらい保存するか
やり取りが終わったあと、必要がなくなった時点で消します。目安は1年です。先に消してほしいときは、下の窓口に言っていただければ消します。
We delete it once the conversation is over and we no longer need it. As a guide, that is about one year. If you want it deleted sooner, just tell us using the contact below and we will delete it.
5. We do not share it with third parties

いただいた個人情報を、他の会社や人に売ったり、渡したりすることはありません。ただし、法律で出すことが決められている場合だけは、それに従います。
We do not sell or hand your personal information to any other company or person. The only exception is when the law requires us to disclose it.
6. Outsourcing
6. 外部への委託について
いまのところ、個人情報の取り扱いを外部に委託していません。今後、メールの配信などで外部のサービスを使うことになった場合は、このページに委託していることを書き、委託先が正しく扱うように監督します。
At present we do not outsource the handling of personal information to anyone. If in future we use an outside service, for example to send email, we will state that on this page and we will supervise that provider so the information is handled properly.

このサイトでは、広告や行動追跡のためのCookieは使っていません。ページの表示言語（日本語か英語か）の選択だけを、あなたのブラウザの中に保存しています。この情報が私たちに送られることはありません。ブラウザの設定からいつでも消せます。
8. Access measurement
8. アクセス数の計測について
どのページがどれくらい見られているかを知るために、簡単な計測を行っています。2026年8月4日から始めました。
送っているのは、見たページのアドレス（パスの部分だけ）と、どのサイトから来たか（ドメイン名だけ）の2つです。氏名やメールアドレスなど、あなたを特定できる情報は送っていません。Cookieも使っていません。
お使いの端末の種類（スマートフォン、パソコンなど）は、その分類だけを記録します。IPアドレスは、そのままの形では保存していません。日付を混ぜて短い符号に変換したものだけを残しており、日をまたぐと同じ方かどうかは分からなくなります。
集めた数字は、私たちのサーバーの中だけで扱います。外部の解析サービスには送っていません。今後、Google Analyticsなどの外部サービスを使う場合は、事前にこのページでお知らせします。
This site does not use cookies for advertising or behavioural tracking. The only thing stored in your browser is your language choice (Japanese or English). That information is never sent to us, and you can clear it from your browser settings at any time.
8. Asking us to delete or correct your information

あなたの個人情報について、見せてほしい、直してほしい、消してほしい、使うのをやめてほしい、というお願いができます。次のメールアドレスにご連絡ください。ご本人であることを確認したうえで、すみやかに対応します。
