Abe Masakuni

阿部正邦

A daimyo who moved from Utsunomiya to Fukuyama in 1710. From then until the Meiji era, the Abe family ruled the Fukuyama domain.

Story

Right after arriving, he had every village submit records of its rice yield, population and livestock, and issued a 35-article set of rules to steady the domain after the change of lords.
