Younger brother of Fukushima Masanori. He became lord of Uda Matsuyama after Sekigahara, rebuilt the castle and renamed it Matsuyama Castle, but lost his domain in 1615.
Suspected of secretly siding with the Toyotomi during the Summer Siege of Osaka, he was stripped of his domain, and the shogunate had the castle demolished.
