稲葉正勝
Lord of Odawara in the early Edo period. Arriving in 1632, he began the major rebuilding that turned the castle into a stone-walled Edo-period fortress.
After Masakatsu became lord in 1632, the area around the main and second enclosures was extensively rebuilt and stone walls were raised around the main enclosures. Akagane Gate, the front gate of the second enclosure, is thought to date from this building campaign.
