A late Muromachi warrior and retainer of the Yamanouchi Uesugi, holders of the Kanto deputy post, who later rebelled against his lords. He is said to have built Hachigata Castle in 1476.
Yorii Town introduces him as the man said to have built Hachigata in 1476. He is known for rebelling against his Uesugi lords after he succeeded his father but was passed over for the post of chief retainer.
