憶礼福留
A high-ranking official (dalsol) of the Korean kingdom of Baekje. After Baekje fell he came to Japan, and the Nihon Shoki chronicle records that in 665 he and Shihi Fukubu were sent to Tsukushi to build Ono and Kii castles.
He appears in the Nihon Shoki entry for 665 alongside Toho Shunso, who was sent to build a castle in Nagato Province. The entry is seen as evidence that Baekje's mountain-fortress techniques were put to use in Japan's defense.
