津軽信枚
Second lord of the Hirosaki domain. He carried out his father Tamenobu's plan, completed Hirosaki Castle and moved there from Horikoshi Castle.
He began construction in February 1610, had it largely finished by May 1611, and moved in from Horikoshi Castle. Every later lord lived here until the Meiji Restoration.
