津軽寧親
Ninth lord of the Hirosaki domain, who built the keep of Hirosaki Castle that survives today, in 1810.
The castle had gone without a keep since the first one reportedly burned in 1627. Yasuchika obtained the shogunate's permission by calling his project a corner turret, and built a three-tiered keep at the southeast corner of the main enclosure.
