脇坂安治
A warlord from Omi Province and one of the 'Seven Spears of Shizugatake'. He moved from Sumoto on Awaji Island to Ozu in 1609 and was lord of Ozu Castle until his transfer to Iida in Shinano in 1617.
Miyakami Shigetaka, who designed the rebuilt keep, suggested that it may have been Wakisaka who moved the keep from Sumoto to Ozu and changed the town's name from Otsu to Ozu.
