由良成繁
Lord of Kanayama Castle. Born into the Yokose family, he changed the family name to Yura around 1565. Switching sides between the Uesugi and the Hojo, he came to control the surrounding Nitta, Kiryu and Tatebayashi areas.
In 1574 Uesugi Kenshin attacked Kanayama Castle. Roof tiles inscribed with that year have been found on the summit, and Ota City treats them as evidence that the castle was strengthened, including re-roofing buildings with tiles, to face the attack.
