J-Catalyst PRIVATE provides review, curation, access, coordination and confidential introduction. Fees do not purchase or guarantee a contract, revenue, investment, relationship or any other outcome. Japan Partners are independent and never required to accept an introduction or produce a result unless separately agreed in writing.
Independent choice
A Japan Partner is never required to accept an introduction, enter a contract, generate revenue or deliver a result unless separately agreed in writing. The Partner sets and contracts any Initial Engagement Terms directly with the Member.
