Nature of the service
J-Catalyst PRIVATE provides review, curation, access, coordination and confidential introduction. Fees do not purchase or guarantee a contract, revenue, investment, relationship or any other outcome. Japan Partners are independent and never required to accept an introduction or produce a result unless separately agreed in writing.
Permitted use
Use the service only for lawful, accurately represented purposes. Employment placement, unlicensed regulated activity, harassment, discrimination, doxxing, mass solicitation, compensated dating, sexual services, exploitation, trafficking, bribery, sanctions evasion, money laundering and contact involving minors are prohibited.
