A flatland castle in Aichi. It is said to have been built by Maeda Toshimasa.

A warlord born in Arako, Owari Province (today's Aichi Prefecture), who served Oda Nobunaga. Granted Noto in 1581, he became lord of Kanazawa Castle in 1583 and built its keep and high stone walls. He was the founder of the Maeda family of Kaga.
