How the lessons work

10 lessons, 5–10 minutes each
About 75 minutes in total, including short checks. Stop, rewind and come back whenever you like.
Japanese voice, English subtitles
Instructors will speak naturally in Japanese. English or Japanese subtitles, a summary and a transcript will come with every lesson.
Make something real
Three nigiri on your plate, or one character you wrote yourself, and a certificate of completion when you finish the course.
