The Sengoku warlord who unified Owari province. In 1567 he seized Inabayama Castle, renamed it Gifu Castle, and for about ten years, until moving to Azuchi in 1576, used it as his base for unifying Japan.
A flatland castle in Yatomi, Aichi. Records credit Oda Nobunaga with building it in 1565.
