Oddar Meanchey （オッドーミアンチェイ州）

A province in northwestern Cambodia on the Thai border; its capital is Samraong. Its population in the 2019 census was about 276,000, and it is one of the provinces with serious landmine contamination remaining along the border.

Landmine situation

As of July 1, 2025, an estimated 48.5 km2 (48,475,236 m2) of anti-personnel mine contamination remains. It is one of the provinces covered by the comprehensive survey of the Thai border area that began in November 2024, and in 2024 CMAC, HALO, and other operators carried out clearance there.
