Arbacia lixula
イタリアで「riccio maschio（オスのウニ）」と呼ばれることがあるが、実際にはヨーロッパムラサキウニとは別の種で、食用にならない。この俗称については一次情報を確認できていない。WoRMSで確認したのは学名と分類だけ。Sometimes called riccio maschio — the male urchin — in Italy, though it is a different species from the edible purple urchin and is not eaten. We have not verified that nickname from a primary source; only the name and classification come from WoRMS.
