Costs other than the product price	Internet connection charges (borne by the user). Printing costs when submitting files to a printer for a paper book, and any costs associated with publishing on Amazon, are governed by your contracts with those providers.
Payment method	PayPal (credit cards accepted).
Payment timing	Payment is made at the time of purchasing a plan. There are no monthly or recurring charges.
Delivery timing	The purchased plan's features become available immediately after payment is completed.
Returns and cancellation	Due to the nature of digital products, no refund is possible once delivery of export data has begun. If, after payment, some portion has not yet been delivered, we respond individually — please contact us at the address above. If a system fault prevented a feature from being provided, we will review the situation and respond in good faith.
System requirements	An internet connection and a current version of a major browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox) are recommended. The Service works on smartphones, tablets, and computers.
Special notes	BOOK:// is a service that provides publishing-ready files and step-by-step instructions; it does not publish to Amazon automatically. Registration and publication on Amazon are performed with the user's own KDP account. Amazon conducts its own review of publications, and the Company does not guarantee sales results.
