Can I get a refund?

Because these are digital products, we cannot refund a purchase once delivery of export data has begun. For any part not yet delivered, we handle each case individually. See the Legal Notice for the formal conditions.

What payment methods can I use?

PayPal. With a PayPal account you can pay by balance or card; without one, you can still pay by credit card. Because PayPal operates in more than 200 countries and regions, payment from outside Japan works too.

What is the "AI generation allowance"?

It's the cap on how many times you can ask the AI to generate — chapter drafts, cover proposals, and so on. A book of ordinary length fits comfortably in the standard allowance. For long books, or books you want to redraft many times, BOOK PUBLISH and above come with a larger allowance.

How far can I get for free?

Planning, title ideas, the chapter outline, the AI interview trial, a short preview of Chapter 1, and the watermarked PDF preview are all free. You only need to buy a plan when you move on to exporting the full book.

Is there a monthly fee?

No. Every paid plan is a one-time purchase for one book. When you make a second book, you simply choose a plan again.
